泉州海丝文化遗产游憩资源价值评估——基于TCM、AHP与CB的分析

摘要
泉州不但是海上丝绸之路的起点,"泉州:宋元中国的世界海洋商贸中心"项目更成功列入世界遗产名录,其游憩资源价值亟待详细评估.本文运用2022年泉州海丝文化遗产景点的实际调研数据,结合旅行费用法(TCM)、层次分析法(AHP)与条件行为法(CB),对泉州海丝文化遗产景点的游憩价值进行了实证研究.研究结果发现,最近一年受访游客至泉州海丝文化遗产景点旅游的游憩效益,每人每次的消费者剩余为1 654元,每人每年5 607元,全年约为34.73亿元;依AHP权重值的计算方式得出"历史古迹文化"的消费者剩余为13.20亿元、"美食特产小吃"为12.50亿元、"休闲资源"为9.03亿元.未来一年若以"举办海丝节庆活动"作为诱因,每人每次的消费者剩余为2 196元,每人每年为9 201元,全年约为46.19亿元,与最近一年的实证结果相比较,经济效益增加33％.
Abstract
Quanzhou is not only the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road,but also the project of"Quanzhou:the World Marine Trade Center of Song and Yuan Dynasties China"has been successfully included in the the World Heritage List,and its recreational resource value needs to be evaluated in detail.The article uses actual survey data of Quanzhou Haisi Cultural Heritage attractions in 2022,and combines three methods:Travel cost Method(TCM),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and conditional behavior method(CB)to conduct an empirical study on the recreational value of Quanzhou Haisi Cultural Heritage attractions.The research results found that in the past year,the recreational benefits of each tourist visiting Quanzhou Maritime Silk Road Cultural Heritage attractions were 1 654 yuan per visit,5 607 yuan per year.The recreational benefits of tourists approximately 3.473 billion yuan per year;according to the calculation method of AHP weight value,the consumer surplus of"historical and cultural relics"is 1.32 billion yuan,"food and specialty snacks"is 1.25 billion yuan,and"leisure resources"is 903 million yuan.If"holding festival activities"are used as an incentive in the next year,the remaining consumer income of each person will be 2 196 yuan each time,with 9 201 yuan per year and approximately 4.619 billion yuan for the entire year.Compared with the empirical results of the past year,the economic benefits will increase by 33％.
