山柰根茎石油醚萃取部位的化学成分研究

采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和ODS、MCI柱色谱法及半制备型高效液相色谱对山柰根茎的75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并对分离得到的化合物进行鉴定.从提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到22个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(1),(-)-4α,7α-aromadendranediol(2),caryolane-1,9β-diol(3),15-hydroxy-a-cadinol(4),cryptomeridiol(5),oxyphyllenodiol B(6),(4S,7S)-4-hydroxy-1,10-seco-muurol-5-ene-1,10-dione(7),junipediol(8),guaianediol(9),(-)-(4S,6S)-6-hydroxypiperitone(10),(4S,5R)-5-hydroxypiperitone(11),(4S,5S)-5-hydroxypiperitone(12),(R)-8-hydroxycarvo-tanacetone(13),(-)-(1R,4S,6S)-1,6-dihydroxy-2-menthene(14),4-methyl-3-(3-oxo-l-butyl)-2-penten-4-olide(15),5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(16),反式-对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(17),反式-4-甲氧基肉桂酸(18),对羟基苯甲酸(19),茴香酸(20),2,3-二羟基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙酸甲酯(21),2,3-二羟基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙酸乙酯(22).其中,化合物1~9为倍半萜,化合物10~14为对薄荷烷型单萜;化合物1~16为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents of Petroleum Ether Extract from the Rhizome of Kaempferia galanga L.
Twenty-two compounds were isolated and purified from the petroleum ether extract of the 75%ethanol extract ob-tained from the rhizome of Aromatic ginger(Kaempferia galanga L.).This purification process involved chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,MCI,and RP-HPLC.Based on a thorough examination of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses,the chemical structures of the isolated compounds were identified as(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(1),(-)-4α,7α-aromaden-dranediol(2),caryolane-1,9β-diol(3),15-hydroxy-α-cadinol(4),cryptomeridiol(5),oxyphyllenodiol B(6),(4S,7S)-4-hydroxy-1,10-seco-muurol-5-ene-1,10-dione(7),junipediol(8),guaianediol(9),(-)-(4S,6S)-6-hydroxypiperitone(10),(4S,5R)-5-hydroxypiperitone(11),(4S,5S)-5-hydroxypiperitone(12),(R)-8-hydroxycarvotanacetone(13),(-)-(1R,4S,6S)-1,6-dihydroxy-2-menthene(14),4-methyl-3-(3-oxo-l-butyl)-2-penten-4-olide(15),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(16),ethyl-trans-p-methoxycinnamat(17),trans-4-methoxycinnamic acid(18),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(19),anise acid(20),methyl-2,3-dihydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoate(21),ethyl-2,3-dihydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoate(22).Compounds 1-9 belong to sesquiterpenes,while compounds 10-14 are p-menthane monoterpenes.Notably,compounds 1-16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
