转底炉次氧化锌粉加工锌锭工业试验研究

转底炉法次氧化锌粉生产锌锭可以促成钢锌循环产业链.以转底炉次氧化锌粉为原料,通过氯化氨法和硫酸浸出法两种工艺加工金属锌锭.通过氯化铵法加工生产锌锭,锌的综合回收率88%,锌电耗2800-3100kW·h,电解工艺电流效率86%-87%,吨锌浸出率92%,纯锌锭产率48%;通过硫酸浸出法工艺生产锌锭,锌的综合回收率 90%,浸出率 94%,吨锌电耗 3100-3500kW·h,电流效率90%-92%,产品全部为纯锌锭;氯化氨法工艺具有流程短、适应转底炉高氯次氧化粉的的特点,但是工艺技术稳定性、金属回收率、环保等关键指标较硫酸浸出法工艺差,两种工艺综合加工成本相差不大.
Industrial Experimental Research on Zinc Ingots Processing in RHF with Utilization of Zinc Oxide Powder
The production of zinc ingots in RHF with zinc oxide power can promote the steel zinc cycle industry chain.Zinc ingots were processed by ammonia chlorination and sulfuric acid leaching from zinc ox-ide powder in rotary hearth furnace.When ammonium chloride process was applied to produce zinc ingots,the comprehensive recovery rate of zinc was 88%,the power consumption was 2800-3100 kW·h,the current efficiency of electrolytic process was 86%-87%,the leaching rate of zinc per ton was 92%,and the yield of pure zinc ingots was 48%.When zinc ingots were produced by sulfuric acid leaching,the com-prehensive recovery rate was 90%and a leaching rate was 94%.The electricity consumption per ton of zinc is 3100-3500 kW·h,and the current efficiency is 90%-92%.But all products pure zinc ingots.Ammo-nia chloride process has the characteristics of short flow and it is applicable to process zinc oxide powder in RHF,but it is not as good as sulfuric acid leaching process in term of technical stability,metal recovery,environmental protection and the comprehensive processing cost of the two processes is not of much differ-ence.
