Internal Trainer Cultivation Mechanism Exploration in Enterprises
Based on the practice of the internal trainer qualification training project in a steel company,this paper creatively puts forward a talent cultivation mechanism with a closed-loop management model integrating"cultivation;elevation and employment"of internal trainer team,which provides an insightful new idea for the training and management of internal trainer team for the human resources department of an enterprise.
