Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sectors in the Era of Digital Economy
In the context of the digital economy,AI technology is considered to be one of the most ex-citing and promising technologies to support the digital transformation process of the government.Artifi-cial intelligence(AI)has shown great potential to be applied in multiple dimensions such as data integra-tion,intelligent application and interactive collaboration in the public sector,which is expected to greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government.However,the application of artificial intelligence in the public sector faces many challenges such as insufficient data,data security risks,privacy protection issues,algorithmic discrimination,administrative inertia,and accountability problems.It is urgent to pre-vent and resolve risks from the dimensions of improving the data guarantee mechanism,improving the trust cultivation mechanism,and strengthening the fair administrative mechanism,and give full play to the important role of artificial intelligence technology in promoting the digital transformation of the public sec-tor.
