Practice of Safety Training for Workers in Metallurgical Enterprises——Taking the Safety Training of Frontline Staff of Baowu in Wuhan as An Example
Safety training is of great significance to the long-term development of metallurgical enter-prises.By establishing an effective safety training model,the stability of the working order of metallurgi-cal enterprises can be achieved and thus orderly conduct of the production is promoted.This paper analyzes the relevant national policies and regulations on safety training,introduces the background of staff safety training carried out by Baowu China,expounds theeffective practices of safety training,and provides ideas on improving the safety awareness,knowledge and ability of employees in metallurgical enterprises.
