Practice of Industrial College Construction Based on the Collaborative Talent Training Concept——A Case Study of the Steel Smart Manufacturing Industrial College
As an important medium for deepening industry-education integration and university-en-terprise cooperation,industrial colleges have effectively connected talent training with industry needs.In response to the needs of steel manufacture during industrial transformation and upgrading,with its high-level specialty group as a carrier,the Steel Smart Manufacturing Industrial College of Wuhan Engineering Institute seeks to train high-calibre talents for"operation,inspection,maintenance,and debugging"through a series of approaches,including innovating the talent training model of"five connections,five in-tegrations and five doubles",jointly implementing"five-phase progressive"teaching,constructing a"du-al-qualification"teaching team,building a production-oriented training base,and jointly developing the loose-leaf textbook.
