冷轧板表面活性影响机理及控制策略

以冷轧连退板为研究对象,采用GDS、SEM和电化学等分析手段探讨了冷轧板表面元素富集对其耐蚀性的影响规律,以及改善元素表面富集的控制策略.研究表明,材料成分的调整、连退炉工况的优化都可以有效的改善连退板表面元素富集结构,调整连退板表面活性满足汽车用户的磷化与电泳工艺.
Influence Mechanism and Control Strategy of Surf activity of Cold Rolled Sheets
Taking the cold-rolled continuous annealing sheets as the research subject,this study a-dopted GDS,SEM,and electrochemistry analytical methods to explore the influence law of surface elemen-tal enrichment on the corrosion resistance of the cold-rolled sheets,as well as the control strategies to im-prove the surface elemental enrichment.The research indicates that adjusting the material composition and optimizing the continuous furnace working condition can effectively improve the surface elemental enrich-ment structure of the continuous annealing sheets and adjust the surfactivity of the sheets to meet the phosphating and electrophoresis processs requirement of automotive users.
