Study on Reducing Excessive Consumption Rate of Zinc Ingots in Producing Hot-dip Galvanizing Products
The paper studies the factors affecting the excessive consumption rate of zinc ingots in pro-ducing hot dip galvanizing products through the analysis and research on three aspects of zinc layer thick-ness control,zinc slag generation control and process yield control,so as to formulate effective counter-measures and summarize the control methods to reduce the excessive consumption rate of zinc ingots in producing hot dip galvanizing products.
