Safety Factor of Thin-walled Cylindrical Static Strength Based on Allowable Reliability
To establish the reliability design technology of static strength of steel single-layer pressure thin-wall cylinder, the relations between the reliability coefficient, safety coefficient and working condi-tion coefficient of cylinder static strength in different working conditions are constructed based on probabil-ity theory when the cylinder static strength and load conform to the normal distribution and the distribu-tion parameters were interval values.Research indicates that:1)In the pressure or gas-liquid combination pressure test, the allowable reliability coefficient of cylinder yield pressure should be not less than 1.232 and not more than 1.715,and the allowable reliability coefficient of burst pressure should be no less than 3.821 and not more than 5.084.2)In the hydraulic test, the allowable reliability coefficient of the cylinder yield pressure should be not less than 0.605 and not more than 1.005,and the allowable reliability coeffi-cient of the burst pressure should be not less than 3.304 and not more than 4.430.3)In normal operation, the allowable reliability coefficient of cylinder yield pressure should be not less than 1.961 and not more than 2.484,and the allowable reliability coefficient of burst pressure should be not less than 4.280 and not more than 5.456.4)When the allowable reliability coefficient meets the above value range and the work-ing condition coefficient conform to the Chinese standard, the cylinder yield safety factor should be equal to 1.40 and the burst safety factor should be equal to 2.00.
