Application and Practice of Lean Six Sigma Management in Improving Heat Transfer Rate of Continuous Casting Slab
The article analyzes the factors affecting the retention of slab in terms of"human,machine,material,method and environment"through fishbone diagram,sorts out the process of slab hot charging and hot delivery,and adopts cross process linkage and cooperation to improve the accuracy of key equip-ment,enhance the integrated planning ability of refining and rolling,optimize process quality design,im-prove production line layout and logistics direction,and other measures to improve the quality of varieties and the level of slab hot delivery.
