Research on Adaptation of Higher Vocational Education to Regional Economic Development in Hubei Province——Taking the Talent Cultivation of New Energy Vehicle Technology as an Example
Advanced vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality labors and technical and skilled talents to serve regional economic development.In view of the development needs of new energy au-tomobile industry in Hubei Province,this paper explores the implementation path of new energy automo-bile technology professional talents cultivation to summarize the experience of professional talent cultiva-tion from the perspective of promoting the coordination of vocational education talent supply and regional economic development,in the hope of providing a new idea to the reform of the talent cultivation mode of vocational education in the new Era.
