Realistic Dilemmas and Realization Pathways for Enhancing the Quality of General Education in Undergraduate Vocational Colleges——from the Perspective of General and Specialized integration
In response to the"high-level"and"high-skill"requirements for talent cultivation in un-dergraduate vocational education,it is necessary to integrate specialized education with general education.Currently,undergraduate vocational colleges face practical dilemmas in general education,including un-clear educational objectives,an imperfect curriculum system,outdated teaching models,subpar faculty quality,and unscientific management and evaluation systems.To address these issues,it is necessary to further clarify the educational objectives of integrating general and specialized education,scientifically con-struct a general education curriculum system,explore models for the integration of general and specialized education,cultivate a high—quality faculty for general education,and improve management,assessment,and evaluation systems.Only by achieving a high quality integration of general education with specialized education can we better realize the educational goal of cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents.
