风口调整是高炉操作下部调剂中一种重要的手段,为了能够在风口调整操作后,及时准确地了解高炉鼓风风量在不同风口的分配变化,建立了高炉风口风量风速的数学计算模型.通过计算各风口所在的送风支路的流阻比,然后根据流阻比计算各风口与任一指定风口的流量比,最终可以得到不同风口的风量和风速.该数学模型通过解析式计算实现了对风口小套调整操作经验的直观量化表征,可用于离线或实时计算高炉风口的鼓风参数状态,提高风口状态监测的准确性.
Research of Blast Volume and Velocity Calculation Model for Blast Furnace Tuyeres
The tuyere adjustment is an important means in the lower part regulation of blast furnace op-eration.In order to promptly and accurately understand the distribution changes of the blast volume of blast furnace for different tuyere after the tuyere adjustment operation,a mathematical calculation model of blast volume and velocity for blast furnace tuyeres was built.By calculating the flow resistance ratio of the blast branch of each tuyere,and then calculating the flow ratio between each tuyere and any designated tuyere based on the flow resistance ratio,the blast volume and velocity of different tuyere can finally be obtained.The proposed mathematical model realizes the intuitive quantitative characterization of the opera-tion experience of the tuyere adjustment through analytical calculation,which can be used to calculate the blast parameters of the blast furnace tuyere offline or in real time,improve the accuracy of tuyere status monitoring.
