Analysis of Evolution of Muti-process Residual Stress in Non-oriented Silicon Steel
In view of the warping phenomenon of non-oriented silicon steel during coil opening for applica-tion,the residual stress of a certain brand of non-oriented silicon steel plate before and after annealing, finishing, curling and natural aging was detected and the metallographic structure was observed. The influence of different processes on the residual stress of the silicon steel plate was found. The corresponding law between residual stress and metallographic structure was explored. The results show that the residual stress level of the rolled hard plate is higher and the horizontal welding residual stress is greater than the rolling residual stress.Annealing can effective-ly reduce the residual stress of the rolled hard plate, and the reduction of the residual stress can be up to 50%.The finishing can effectively balance the residual stress of the silicon steel plate and make the residual stress with large anisotropy tend to be isotropic.Coiling may greatly increase the residual stress in the inner ring part of steel coil. The natural efficiency can effectively reduce the horizontal welding residual stress of non-silicon steel coil, but has little effect on the rolling residual stress.
