冷轧带钢板形不良缺陷分析及控制

针对某冷轧厂一段时期发生的带钢板形不良开展缺陷特征及产生机理研究,对板形检测、辊系位置精度等板形相关因素进行分析,确定转向辊的平行度偏移是造成板形不良的主要原因.通过调整转向辊的平行度,并针对辊系位置精度制定预防措施,有效地控制了带钢板形不良问题,降低了带钢在后道工序的跑偏风险.
Analysis and Control of Shape Defects on Cold-rolled Strip Steel
The defect characteristics and mechanism of shape defects of strip steel plate occurred in a cold rolling mill were studied.This paper analyzed factors related to plate shape such as plate shape detec-tion and roll system position accuracy,and determined that the parallelism deviation of the steering roll is the main cause of shape defects.By adjusting the parallelism of the steering roll,and the researchers pro-posed preventive measures for the position accuracy of the roll system,effectively controlled the problem of shape defects,reduced the risk of deviation of strip steel in subsequent processes.
