热轧态DP980钢冷轧穿带激光焊接研究

针对热轧态DP980在冷轧生产时激光焊缝性能不高、易断带问题,采用激光焊接时填丝和后热处理等方法,开展了热轧态DP980激光焊接试验,探索了提高焊缝性能的工艺方法.结果表明:提高焊缝后热处理温度,可大幅改善热轧态DP980焊缝性能.填丝对热轧态DP980焊缝性能影响不大,主要用于改善焊缝间隙产生的凹陷.
Experimental Study on Laser Welding of Hot-rolled DP980 Steel Cold Rolled Threading
In order to solve the problems of low performance and easy strip breaking of the laser weld-ing seam of hot-rolled DP980 in cold rolling production,the laser welding experiments of hot-rolled DP980 were developed by using the methods of wire filling and post heat treatment,and the technological methods to improve the properties of welding seam were explored.The results show that the properties of hot-rolled DP980 weld can be greatly improved by increasing the post-weld heat treatment temperature.Wire filling has little effect on the weld properties of hot-rolled DP980,and is mainly used to improve the depression of weld gap.
