结合中国商飞江西生产试飞中心项目实际情况,分析了预应力整体地坪施工技术的应用要点及施工控制.大面积预应力整体地坪对施工的平整度、裂缝控制效果等有很高的要求,工程结合项目重难点,严格把控好整体地坪分层做法、波纹管安装、混凝土浇筑、激光整平、预应力张拉等每道工序的施工,在混凝土内部布设预应力筋,进行预应力张拉,有效解决了混凝土自身收缩应力,并抵抗地坪正常使用期间的外荷载作用.通过施加预应力的方式,可以消除地坪切割缝及省去传统地坪中的普通钢筋网片,有效满足了试飞中心对地坪整体性、稳定性的要求.
Technical Analysis of Prestressed Integral Floor Construction in Test Flight Center
Combined with the actual situation of COMAC Jiangxi Production and Flight Test Center project,the application points and construction control of prestressed integral floor construction technolo-gy are analyzed.The large-area prestressed overall floor has high requirements for the flatness and crack control effect of the construction.The project combines the heavy and difficult points of the project,strict-ly controls the preparation work before the construction,the installation of bellows,the construction of concrete pouring,laser leveling,and the construction of each process of prestressed tension,lays pres-tressed tendons inside the concrete,and carries out prestressed tension.It effectively solves the shrinkage stress of concrete itself and resists the external load during the normal use of the floor.Through the appli-cation of prestress,the cutting joints of the floor and the ordinary steel mesh in the traditional floor can be eliminated,which effectively meets the requirements of the test flight center for the integrity and stability of the floor.
