Research on Work Engagement Mechanism of"Double-qualified"Higher Vocational Teachers in the Digital Age
With the advent of the era of digital intelligence,the work engagement of"double-quali-fied"higher vocational teachers is very important in improving the teaching quality of vocational education.By constructing a structural equation model,this paper studies the work engagement mechanism of"doub-le-qualified"higher vocational teachers and the multiple mediating effects of perceived organizational sup-port and organizational identity.The results show that self-efficacy,organizational support and organiza-tional identity are the key factors affecting the work engagement of higher vocational teachers.Self-effi-cacy must be transformed into a sense of organizational support in order to have an impact on organizational identity and work engagement.The sense of organizational support is the key link to produce organization-al identity.Its strengthening is conducive to the improvement of organizational identity and work engage-ment.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures to improve the work engagement of"double-qualified"higher vocational teachers from the perspective of teachers and vocational colleges.
