大学生手机使用特点及对学业、心理健康的影响

智能手机已经成为当代大学生生活中不可或缺的工具.调查大学生手机使用特点,分析手机对大学生学业、心理健康的影响,帮助大学生在学业、社交和心理健康方面取得平衡与协调具有重要意义.随机选取214名大学生,连续统计13周手机应用程序使用情况,采用焦虑、抑郁、心理弹性量表、人际交往能力等量表,使用描述统计和关联分析探讨手机应用程序使用情况与学业、心理健康的关系.结果表明,大学生手机应用程序使用时长较长,平均每天约8.57小时,主要集中在社交、娱乐、游戏和新闻/学习/教育四个方面.手机过度使用对大学生的学业和心理健康有一定影响.需要重点关注手机成瘾及过度使用手机的大学生,对他们开展相关宣传和干预,提高大学生的自我意识和自我管理能力,促进学业和身心健康发展.
Characteristics of Mobile Phone Use among University Students and Its Impact on Their Academics and Mental Health
As smart phones become an indispensable tool in the lives of contemporary college students,it is of great significance to investigate the characteristics of college students'use of mobile phones,ana-lyze the influence of mobile phones on college students'study and mental health,and help college students to achieve balance and coordination in academic,social and mental health.A survey was conducted on 214 randomly selected college students,tracking their mobile phone app usage over a period of 13 weeks.U-sing scales such as anxiety,depression,mental resilience scale and interpersonal skills,descriptive statis-tics and correlation analysis were used to explore the relationship between the use of mobile phone apps and their academic and mental health.The results indicate that college students spend a considerable amount of time using mobile phone apps,averaging approximately 8.57 hours per day,primarily focused on social media,entertainment,gaming,and news/learning/education.The excessive use of mobile phones has a certain impact on college students'studies and mental health.It is vital to pay special attention to those who are addicted to or excessively use their mobile phones,providing them with relevant education and in-terventions to enhance their self-awareness and self-management skills,thereby promoting their aca-demic and psychosocial development.
