高职思政教育生态系统的生态性评价要素指标研究

基于高职思政教育生态系统可持续发展的内涵要义,以DPSIR理论为基础,解析了高职思政教育生态系统的生态性评价要素指标.研究发现高职思政教育应着力推进内生动力与外源动力耦合联动的正向效应;资源整合乏力、环境改善欠佳、功能发挥受限等生态失衡问题是其压力的主要来源;提升拓展生态位宽度、改善生态位效度、实现生态共生互利是改善其状态的重要抓手;增强师资力量集聚力、提升文化生态承载力、改善资源有效整合力是提升其影响力的关键;结构体系调整优化、投入活力充分提升、产出价值有效发挥的联动效应是强化其响应能力的重要因素.
Research on the Factor Indicators of Ecological Evaluation for the Ecosystem of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
The ecological evaluation index of the ideological and political education ecosystem in higher vocational colleges is analyzed on the basis of the connotation of the sustainable development of the ideo-logical and political education ecosystem in higher vocational colleges and the DPSIR model.It is found that higher vocational ideological and political education should focus on promoting the positive effect of coupling and linkage between endogenous power and exogenous power.The pressure of ideological and po-litical education pressure in higher vocational colleges mainly comes from the lack of resource integration,poor environment improvement and limited function.So it is an important starting point to improve the state of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges by improving the width of niche,improving the efficiency of niche and realizing the mutual benefit of ecological symbiosis.The key to en-hance its influence is to strengthen the concentration of faculty,enhance the carrying capacity of cultural e-cology and improve the effective integration of resources.Adjustment and optimization of the structural system,full enhancement of input vitality and effective play of output value is an important factor to strengthen its response ability.
