Research on the Implementation Path of the"1+X"Certificate System in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province
Since its implementation five years ago,the"1+X"certificate system has been playing a cru-cial role in deepening the reform of training and evaluation models for compound technical and skilled tal-ents,thereby promoting the development of vocational education.With the deepening implementation of the 1+X certificate system,higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province face many challenges in the process,including low certificate value,inadequate integration of certificate standards,misaligned inter-ests between colleges and enterprises,and an imperfect operational mechanism.To address these issues,this paper proposes solutions from the perspectives of certificate evaluation,integration of documents and certificates,college-enterprise collaboration,and policy support,aiming to deepen the reform of the 1+X certificate system in Hubei's higher vocational colleges,facilitate the effective implementation of the certificate system,and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
