This article takes benzophenone with cross-conjugation as the research object,and uses mercaptomethyl group as the anchor group.p-BP and m-BP molecules with para and meta connections are designed respectively for the study of the quantum interference effect.The theoretical calculation results show that the conductance of p-BP is more than one magni-tudes larger than that of the m-BP as a result of the quantum enhanced interference effect,which is also confirmed by the corre-sponding conductance experiment.
