Marx's thought on the essence of human contains human essence of labor,need and social relationship.This thought gains new connotation of the time in the great reformation in the decade of new era.The great reformation provides new conditions for the development of human labor and enhances the subjectivity and creativity of labor.Human need has developed in a varied way and made a leap.With the progress of multi-polarization and economical globalization,human relationship became diverse and expanded to foreign countries.The new journey in new era requires us to promote the development of human essence.We must insist people-centered approach,propel high-quality economical development,improve the quality of labors,facilitate the reformation of income distribution system and provide more conditions for the realization of human essence of labor.We must take multiple measures to meet the need of people lives,enjoyment and development to promote the development of human essence of need.We must build ecological civilization,harmonious society of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a community with a shared future of mankind for the harmonious development of the relationship between human and nature as well as human and others.
