Traditional diligence and integrity culture is an important part of fine traditional Chinese culture.It is a cultural system that aims to value,led by behavior orientation,adjusted by rules,guaranteed by supporting system.Although the creative transformation and innovative development face the problem of the difference of eras,the path dependency lasted throughout Chinese civilization makes it possible to realize.The practical path of the realization is to clearly adhere to people-centered values,to scientifically design and carry out diligence and integrity rules,to propel the inner coincidence of diligence,achievement,integrity and people,to promote the reform and development of supporting system.Finally we will achieve the inner coincidence of diligence and integrity culture value,behavior orientation,rule and supporting system in the new era.
