The Path of the Core Qualities Cultivation of College Counselors in the Context of Media Convergence
Cultivating the core qualities of college counselors is an important part of fostering virtue through education and promoting the modernization of education.The core qualities of college counselors in the context of media convergence mainly includes five aspects:ideological and political quality,professional ability quality,moral character quality,cultural quality and media quality.Promoting the sustainable development of media convergence is of great value to enhance the scientific concept of core qualities cultivation,to expand the diversity of cultivation approaches and to improve the systematization of cultivation platforms.Therefore,to cultivate the core qualities of college counselors under the background of media convergence,we need to actively explore practical paths from three aspects:improve the cognition and practical ability of counselors on media convergence,optimize the training environment,and improve the system and mechanism.
