企业数字化转型研究热点与趋势
Research Hotspots and Trends in Enterprise Digital Transformation

摘要
随着数字化新技术越来越多的涌现和使用,企业也将面临着是否进行数字化转型的抉择.本文利用1985-2022年CNKI和Web of Science核心数据库中3110篇企业数字化转型研究相关文献,借助CiteSpace软件,系统梳理和比较中外企业数字化转型的研究基本情况、研究热点与趋势和概念演化.研究发现:中外学者都在持续关注企业数字化转型领域的研究,中外文文献发文量都呈现增多的趋势;中文文献的研究热点在企业管理维度,强调数字化技术给企业带来的变革,外文文献的研究热点在新技术的开发上,强调数字化技术的创新;中文文献的研究趋势是继续深入研究数字经济领域相关主题和探索数字化技术的作用机理;外文文献的研究趋势是对高等教育领域的数字化转型进行研究.
Abstract
With the emergence and increasing use of new digital technologies,enterprises are faced with the choice of whether to carry out digital transformation.This study uses 3,110 research articles related to enterprise digital transformation from the CNKI and Web of Science from 1985 to 2022.With CiteSpace,this research systematically analyzes and compares the basic characteristics,research hotspots and trends,and conceptual evolution of domestic and foreign research on enterprise digital transformation.The findings are as follows:(1)scholars from both China and abroad have been continuously paying attention to the field of enterprise digital transformation,with an increasing number of publications in both Chinese and foreign languages;(2)the research hotspots in Chinese literature focus on enterprise management and emphasize the changes brought by digital technology,while those in foreign literature focus on the development of new technologies and emphasize digital technology innovation;(3)the research trend in Chinese literature is to further investigate relevant topics in the field of digital economy and explore the mechanisms of digital technology's impact,while that in foreign literature is to study digital transformation in the higher education domain.
