论当前城市夜经济的优化提升路径——基于济南例证的分析

摘要
夜经济是指在夜晚进行的服务业类经济活动.夜径济的发展,可以拓展城市消费空间,有利于调动广大市民群众的消费积极性,有利于促进城市休闲娱乐行业的兴盛繁荣,有利于促进城市第三产业内部各行业的融合发展以及新业态的形成.夜经济中消费者进行消费的随意性较强,交易的商品大多是日常消费品,消费行为的现场性、即时性更强,容易受到季节、天气等外在因素的影响.像济南这样的北方城市,夜经济受季节变化的影响比较明显,营业时间还不够长,涵盖的范围有限,涉猎层次较浅,形态还比较单一,行业联动效应还不甚明显.所以应当着力完施基础设施建设,打造好全天候可运营的夜经济发展场所,延长营业时间,抓好配套,为夜经济的发展助力加油,健全夜径济内容,以相关行业的联动推进城市夜经济繁荣发展.
Abstract
What constitutes the nighttime economy is essentially people's consumption in the service industry at night.The development of the nighttime economy can boost urban consumption,mobilize the enthusiasm for consumption of the public,promote the prosperity of the urban leisure and entertainment industry,and facilitate the integrated development of various industries in the tertiary sector and the formation of new business forms.Nighttime consumers buy mostly daily commodities in a rather random way.Easily affected by external factors such as seasons and weather,their consumption is featured by strong liveness and immediacy.In northern cities like Jinan,the nighttime economy is obviously affected by seasonal changes.As a result,the business hours are not long enough,the business scope limited,the involvement shallow with a relatively single form,and the industrial linkage effect not obvious.Therefore,we should improve the infrastructure,build nighttime activities suitable for all-weather business operations,extend business hours,upgrade supporting facilities and enrich nighttime activities,thus facilitating the prosperity and development of the urban nighttime economy with industrial linkage.
