黄河流域城市创业生态系统建设水平综合评价及其动态演变

以黄河流域59个地级城市为研究区域,采用面板熵权法测算黄河流域城市创业生态系统评价指数,再利用核密度估计、空间自相关剖析2012-2019年黄河流域城市创业生态系统建设差异与空间集聚性特征.结果表明:黄河流域及其三大区域城市创业生态系统建设水平均得到稳步提升,但流域总水平仍然较低,呈现出"下游>中游>上游"的区域特点.流域内绝对差异不断扩大且原有梯度效应和多极化现象均有所减弱.空间正自相关性结果显著,且黄河流域城市创业生态系统建设水平较为分化,具有以"高高"集聚和"低低"集聚为主,"低高"集聚和"高低"为辅的空间分布格局.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Dynamic Evolution of the Urban Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Construction Level in the Yellow River Basin
Taking 59 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River basin as the research area,this paper measured the evaluation index of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of cities in the Yellow River Basin with the panel entropy weight method.It also analyzed the difference and spatial clustering characteristics of the construction of the ecosystem from 2012 to 2019 by using kernel density estimation and spatial autocorrelation The findings show that:(1)the construction level of urban entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin and its three regions has been steadily improved,but the overall level of the river basin still remains low,presenting the regional characteristic of"downstream>midstream>upstream";(2)the absolute difference in the basin has been expanding,and the original gradient effect and multipolarization have been weakened;(3)the positive spatial autocorrelation is significant,and the level of urban entrepreneurial ecosystem construction in the Yellow River Basin cities is relatively differentiated,which exhibits a spatial distribution pattern featuring"high-high"agglomeration and"low-low"agglomeration as the main pattern,with"low-high"agglomeration and"high-low"agglomeration as secondary patterns.
