Implementation of and Improvement Strategies for Normal School Students'Educational Practice——Based on the Perspective of Experts in Normal Major Professional Certification
Strengthening the educational practice for normal school students is key to comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation in normal majors.Experts in normal major professional certification,who conduct on-site evaluations and assessments,can identify the practical problems existing in the educational practice for normal school students,so as to promote continuous improvement.This study conducts in-depth interviews with 15 experts involved in normal professional certification of normal majors,and uses word frequency analysis and text coding methods to analyze the interview texts.From the five aspects of collaborative education,base construction,practice teaching,tutor teams and management evaluation,it reveals three major issues regarding the implementation of educational practice for normal university students,including a lack of collaborative consciousness with the collaborative education mechanism yet to be implemented,an overemphasis on theoretical application with a content system design that needs to be improved,and superficial supervision which makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of educational practice.Based on these issues,improvement strategies are proposed.
