Mechanisms of Digital Transformation's Impact on Green Technological Innovation in Enterprises
As the digital economy and the concept of sustainable green development continue to evolve each year,digitization is recognized as a key driver for enhancing the relationship between the two.In particular,smart cities serve as benchmarks for digitization.This study selects data from the manufacturing sector of smart cities to investigate the impact of digital transformation on enterprises'green invention innovation over a continuous period from 2012 to 2022.The findings reveal that:(1)the degree of digital transformation promotes green technological innovation and significantly enhances independent green innovation by enterprises,while its effect on collaborative green innovation is not significant;(2)the mediating roles of the proportion of R&D personnel and enterprise costs are identified in this relationship,and sales and management costs of enterprises can moderate the effects on both types of innovation.
