"One-Stop"Student Communities:A Practical Exploration of Cultivating University Students'Cultural Confidence
"One-stop"student communities serve as a crucial venue for nurturing cultural confidence among university students. The communities'party-building work, cultural activities,and"self-education,self-management,and self-service"(often referred to as"Three-Self Education")play significant roles in cultivating students'cultural confidence. In practice, however, several shortcomings have emerged in the process of cultivating cultural confidence within these communities, including a lack of cohesive efforts, inconsistency in cultivation,a weak cultural atmosphere that limits the effectiveness of cultivation, and insufficient initiative on the part of students. To address these issues, universities need to strengthen the leadership of the party to build consensus for collective efforts, integrate the cultivation of cultural confidence extensively into the comprehensive ideological and political education framework, optimize the cultural education environment to foster a rich cultural atmosphere, and focus on subjectivity to fully stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative.
