Evaluation of Regional Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based on SLC-PP Model
From water resources system,economic-social system and ecological system,15 indices are selected to constract regional water resources bearing capacity evaluation index system and classification standards.The particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm,differential evolution (DE) algorithm and harmonic search (HS) algorithm are used to construct the projection pursuit(PP) model of water resources bearing capacity evaluation of soccer league competition(SLC) algorithm.Taking 16 profectures and cities in Yunnan Province as an example to carry out case analysis of water resources carrying capacity evaluation.The results show that the fitness value and the best projection direction of the PP model are better than those of the PSO,DE and HS algorithms,and have better solution precision and global extremum searching ability.The evaluation results of SLC-PP model in Kunming and Yuxi are "absolutely loadable";the evaluation results of Qujing,Honghe,Dali,Wenshan and Dehong are "bearable";the evaluation results of Nujiang and Diqing are " can not carry ";the rest of the city's evaluation results for the" basic load".The results of SLC-PP model are different from PSO-PP,DE-PP and HS-PP model.The results show that the strength of the extreme value of intelligent algorithm determines the accuracy of evaluation.The model and verification method proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for related optimization studies and comprehensive evaluation of high-dimensional and multi-index classes.
