Effects of Different phosphogypsum Content on Root Characteristics and Pull-out Mechanical Properties of Bermudagrass in Vegetation Concrete
In order to study the effect of phosphogypsum content of vegetation concrete on the physicochemical properties of the substrate, plant root characteristics and the pull-out resistance of the whole plant, the determination of the physical and chemical indexes of the substrate, the root monitoring of bermudagrass and the in situ whole-plant pull-out test were carried out under different phosphogypsum content(0%,3%,4.5%,6%,9%)and different growth periods(90,120,150d).The results showed that phosphogypsum had a significant effect on bulk density,p H value and soil phosphorus content. The pull-out resistance was significantly enhanced by root reticulation of the bermudagrass, increasing with the improvement of root traits. The pull-out resistance at 3%phosphogypsum mixing dosage was 30.25%higher than that at 0%dosage at 120d.Appropriate amount of phosphogypsum significantly promoted the growth of root. The total root length, root volume and root biomass of the root system increased significantly at the 3%dosage,thus the root system of bermudagrass had the best soil consolidation effect in this case.
