From Willingness to Behavior:Impact of Information Acquisition on Service Participation Behavior of Public Welfare Social Sports Instructors:An Analysis of Higher Order Regulatory Effects Based on Perceived Value
In order to investigate the antecedent mechanism of the influence of service participation intention on service participation behavior of public welfare social sports instructors as well as the moderating effect of information acquisition and the higher-order moderating effect of perceived value,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 887 public welfare social sports instructors by convenience sampling and snowball sampling. The data was processed and analyzed by using STATA16.0 and AMOS24.0.It was shown that willingness to participate in services could significantly and positively affect service participation behavior, but public welfare social sports instructors willing to participate in services did not necessarily participate in services. There was a contradiction between willingness and behavior.Information acquisition had a significant moderating effect on service participation willingness and service participation behavior, and a higher degree of information acquisition would further stimulate sustained participation behavior of public welfare social sports instructors.Perceived value had a high-order moderating effect on information acquisition as well as on the mutual effect between service participation willingness and service participation behavior.
