Innovation of Sports and Medicine Integration:Motivation,Experience and Lessons of Physical Activity Referral Implementation in Ireland
Through literature study,logical analysis and inductive reasoning,the development and experience of physical activity referral in Ireland was reviewed in order to reveal the implementation of sports referral(PARS)in Ireland under the guidance of National Exercise Referral Framework(NERF)based on stakeholder theory so as to provide innovation and methodological reference for sports medicine integration in China.It was concluded that the top-level system design and implementation principles of stakeholder participation,innovative operational model and multi-stakeholder monitoring system,healthcare-based referral pathway setting,and evaluation and implementation structure with collaborative stakeholder participation were the core of the implementation of physical activity referral(PARS)under the guidance of NERF in Ireland.The innovation of sports and medicine integration in China could be carried out through improving the multi-participation system of sports and medicine integration and clarifying the benefit sharing of each participating subject,through constructing the operation mode of multi-participant collaboration and promoting the power and responsibility sharing of each interested subject,through setting up a clear division of labor in the service process of sports and medicine integration and enhancing the operability of the process,establishing the evaluation structure of sports and medicine integration with multi-participant collaboration,providing more scientific and valid evaluation.
