Mechanism,Barriers and Suggestions for Digital Transformation of Sports Service Industry Based on TOE Theory Perspective
Digital transformation of sports service industry is an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of sports industry and build a modernized sports industry system.Adopting literature review,logical analysis,field research and other methods,based on the perspective of TOE theory,an in-depth study was conducted on the connotation and characteristics of the digital transformation of the sports service industry,its mechanism,obstacles and breakthrough paths.The study concluded that the mechanism of digital transformation of the sports service industry was mainly deconstructed from the three dimensions of"digital technology-industrial organization-development environment",which played the roles of consolidating the foundation of transformation,enhancing the competitive advantages and safeguarding the transformation process respectively.However,in the process of transformation,there was still a"lack of quantity and quality"in the construction of digital sports consumption scenes,and a lack of"digital+ sports"interdisciplinary talents.The self-generating ability of enterprise digital transformation was weak.There was a lack of inter-industry data synergy and linkage mechanism.The construction of policy and regulatory systems for digital transformation was lagging behind,and the implementation of digital transformation was delayed by a number of factors.Suggestions were as follows:promoting the improvement of the quantity and quality of digital sports consumption scenes,broadening the cultivation channels of"digital+ sports"talents;improving the self-generating ability of enterprises'digital transformation,building a shared and efficient inter-industry data linkage mechanism;strengthening the development of policies and regulations,and optimizing the environment for digital transformation.
