Operation Model of Schools of Sports Events in China's Sports Universities:Formation,Difficulties and Solutions
Adopting literature review,logical analysis and historical research,this study made a comprehensive analysis of the formation logic,school orientation,student quality,curricular system,faculty strength,teaching and training mode as well as other aspects of the operation mode of schools of sports events in China's sports universities.It was concluded that the formation of the mode was motivated by the improvement and exploration of the training mode of professional talents in sports and the entity reform of single sport associations,and the goal was to respond to the call and initiative of the national sports and education policy orientation.At present,there was inaccuracy of training requirements and objectives,inefficiency of the support function of curriculum system,imbalance of the professional structure of faculty,incomplete mechanism of collaborative education,and stagnation of employment channels,etc.In this regard,from the perspectives of strategic decision-making,talent cultivation specifications,curriculum support,faculty support,and multi-collaboration,it wa proposed that the selection of projects and program establishment should be based on regional advantages,the target positioning and requirements should be set with the pursuit of vocational ability,and the curriculum system reconstruction should be based on the"demand-led"and"output-oriented"concepts.Moreover,faculty development should focus on recruiting more teachers with dual qualifications,and the formation of a carrier by integrating the school,government,and society with the construction of the system as the key to solve the problems.
