Content Optimization of Health Education Oriented by Cultivating Core Literacy of Sports Discipline Based on Interpretation of Curriculum Standards for Sports and Health of Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)
In order to improve the feasibility of the content of health education in Curriculum Standards for Sports and Health of Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)so as to improve the effect of health education and to focus on the cultivation of core literacy of sports discipline,the curriculum standards were interpreted through literature review,policy interpretation,expert interview and survey,and comparative analysis.It was shown that the content of health education changed from"three-dimensional health"to"health literacy.Although the content was more focused and the operation was strengthened,there were still boundary and content ambiguity and content.Based on the internal logic between the content of health education and the cultivation of core literacy,the content system of health education,which contained 5 fields,22 first-level indicators,54 second-level indicators and 139 specific elements,was optimized to provide reference for in-depth understanding and effective implementation of the content of health education.
