From Technological Empowerment to Overall Reshaping:Mode Reconstruction,Organizational Change and Promotion Mechanism of Digital Governance of Public Sports Services
The digital process of China's public sports services from"technological empowerment"to"overall reshaping"in the digital era is seen as an evolutionary process of reshaping the governance relationships and capabilities of multiple entities,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of public sports service supply.The basic connotation and existing difficulties of digital governance of public sports services were clarified in this paper by using literature review and logical analysis.The core dimensions of its mode reconstruction were re-examined,and the driving characteristics of its organizational change were explained in depth.The practical elements of its promotion mechanism were also discussed.Research suggested that the core dimensions of mode reconstruction included concept reconstruction,value reconstruction,and method reconstruction.The driving characteristics of organizational change included the transformation of management thinking,operational paradigms,and decision-making methods.The management mechanism,assessment mechanism,coordination mechanism were the practical elements of promotion mechanism.
