International Experience,Practical Dilemma and Promotion Path of Digital Transformation of Outdoor Sports Goods Enterprises in China
Under the background of promoting the development of new quality productive forces,the digital transformation of outdoor sports goods enterprises is not only an inevitable means to improve the internal efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises,but also an important starting point for forming new industrial clusters and cultivating new quality productive forces.Taking five European and American enterprises(brands)such as Patagonia and The North Face as research samples,this paper adopted literature review,case analysis and other methods to sort out their empirical characteristics.The research held that the digital transformation measures of European and American outdoor sports goods enterprises were mainly reflected in business process upgrading,digital platform construction,organizational structure optimization,brand digital marketing and so on.Combined with the practical dilemma of the digital transformation of outdoor sports goods enterprises in China,the promotion paths were to optimize the industrial institutional environment,to promote the strategic upgrading of enterprises,to strengthen infrastructure construction,to improve data analysis capabilities,to pay attention to the needs of talent development,to promote organizational restructuring,to promote the integration of brand culture,and enrich digital marketing means.
