Sports Industrial Policy Pilot Reform:Operation Mode,Realistic Dilemma and Optimization Path
Policy pilot reform is an important way to break through the dilemma and push forward the process.The reform of key areas and key links in sports needs to continue to play the role of policy pilot as a bridgehead and a pathfinder.Through literature review and logical analysis,typical cases,operation mode,problems and difficulties,optimization direction and implementation path of sports industry policy pilot reform were analyzed.Research suggested that the sports industry policy pilot reform explored uncertain policy issues in local areas,and formed designated pilot models,authorized pilot models,open pilot models,and independent pilot models in practice.Currently,the pilot program for sports industry policies were faced with many difficulties,including the need to optimize the implementation environment,improve organizational guarantees and mechanisms.In order to build China into a sporting nation and leverage the effectiveness of sports industry policy pilot reform,it was necessary to optimize the environment,improve the process management and mechanism.
