论学校体育德育中的具身学习

Embodied Learning in Cultivating Virtues and Morality in School P.E.

体育在立德树人与课程思政方面具有得天独厚的优势.离身德育方法论引发了当前学校体育德育的实践困境,从"离身"到"具身"的德育方法论转向成为破解当前学校体育德育实践困境的根本出路.具身学习成为学校体育德育实践的重要方式,促进了学校体育德育目标的快速达成.在学校体育德育中提出了确立身心一元思想、实现情感体验过程与达到深度学习效果的具身学习要求,剖析了"具身情境—具身体验—具身互动—具身情感—具身意识—具身行为—具身习惯"的具身学习机理与"引导—融入""唤醒—感受""建构—内化"的具身学习过程,并设计了从知识转向、情境预设、教学转变与评价改进四个方面的具身学习实施理路.
P.E has unique advantages in cultivating virtues and morality.The methodology of disembodied moral education has led to the practical dilemma of the school P.E.The transformation from"disembodied"to"embodied"moral education methodology has become the fundamental way to solve the practical dilemma of school P.E Embodied learning has become an important way promoting the rapid realization of goals in school P.E.In the school P.E,the embodied learning puts forth the unitary thought of body and mind,realizing the process of emotional experience and achieving the effect of deep learning.This paper analyzes the embodied learning mechanism of"embodied situation-embodied experience-embodied interaction-embodied emotion-embodied consciousness-embodied behavior-embodied habit"and the embodied learning process of"guidance-integration","awakening-feeling"and"construction-internalization",and designs the implementation of embodied learning from knowledge turning,situation presetting,teaching transformation and evaluation improvement.
