Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Evidence for New Productive Forces to Promote Sports Participation and Health:Analysis of Productivity Index and Muti-Period Survey Data
This study constructed a theoretical framework based on the connotation elements of new productive forces to promote physical activity and enhance health and well-being and conducted an empirical test of it.By integrating multi-source statistical data and large-scale survey data,a panel dataset of Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2021 was built,and a panel regression model was used for empirical analysis.The results indicated that new productive forces had a significant positive impact on physical activity rates and health and well-being.Overally,new productive forces,with technological innovation as the core driving force,combined intelligent applications,industrial integration,and sustainable development.They promoted the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry and comprehensively enhanced the health and well-being of the entire population through efficient resource integration,the use of intelligent tools,and green development concepts.New productive forces provided solid support for the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry and the enhancement of health and well-being for all citizens.
