Development Power Reasons and Logic Research of Rural Sports Policy in Process of Chinese Path to Modernized
In order to further study the rural sports policy development in China,literature review and quantitative analysis,combined with the theory of historical institutionism were adopted to analyze the history,reasons and logic characteristics of the rural sports policies.The results showed that in the process of the Chinese path to modernization,the rural sports policy development had been under the law of interruption and equilibrium as the result of the evolutionary game of political power,economic structure,social concept and sports function.The correct leadership of the CPC and the government,the reasonable rural economic structure and the social level,the coordinated development of different policies,the active participation of the citizens,the institutional advantages laid the solid foundation.In the future we should optimize the structure of rural sports policy,expand the functions of rural sports policy,strengthen the supervision and evaluation of rural sports policy to promote the rural sports in the process of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.
