摘要
针对目前船舶板材手工套料效率低且修改不便的问题,提出一种板材自动套料的解决方案,基于最小势能原理的不规则零件启发式算法实现板材的自动排样,利用具有自主知识产权的SPD系统进行功能模块开发,实现套料图形平台管理、套料数据模型管理以及自动套料,与CADWIN软件进行应用对比表明,本系统套料效率及板材利用率与其接近,而基于单一数据源的解决方案可有效避免异构软件间模型传递所导致的数据丢失问题,实现套料软件的自主可控.
Abstract
Aiming at the low efficiency and inconvenient modification of manual nesting for ship plates,an automatic sheet nesting solution was proposed.Based on the principle of minimum potential energy,the heuristic algorithm was used to realize the automatic plate layout of two-dimensional irregular parts.Several modules were developed by using the SPD system with inde-pendent intellectual property rights,thus the function of nesting graphics platform management,nesting data model management and automatic nesting was achieved.By comparison with CADWIN software showed that the nesting efficiency and plate utilization rate of the two software are very close,while solution based on single data source adopted by this function effectively avoids the data loss caused by model transfer between heterogeneous software.Moreover,the nesting software can be controlled autonomous-ly.
