为了保证VLCC翼型风帆装置的安全有效运行,开展基于FMEA和FTA方法的风帆系统风险分析,以设计工作流程为主线,分别判断风帆在各工况下机械、结构、电气、液压等方面潜在的失效模式、原因和后果,评估每个失效模式的可能性、严重性和探测性水平,基于风险优先数RPN判定失效模式的风险程度,制定高风险项的安全防控措施.基于故障树方法,以"无法紧急降帆"为顶事件,逐层分析分析其故障原因,确定不同事件的逻辑关系,构建故障树,针对每个基本事件制定防控措施.
Risk Analysis of VLCC Airfoil Sailing Device Based on FMEA and FTA Method
In order to ensure the safe and effective operation of VLCC airfoil sailing device,the risk analysis of sailing sys-tem based on FMEA and FTA method was carried out.Taking the design workflow as the main line,the potential failure modes,causes and consequences of each working condition in terms of structure,electrical,hydraulic,etc.were judged respectively.The occurrence,severity and detection of each failure mode were evaluated item by item.The risk degree of the failure mode was determined based on the risk priority number RPN,and safety prevention and control measures for high-risk items were decided.Based on the fault tree method,taking"Unable to lower sail urgently"as the top event,the fault causes were analyzed layer by layer,so as to determine the logical relationship of different events,build a fault tree,and propose a certain prevention and con-trol measures for each basic event.
