The Base-free Installation Method of Mooring Winch and Its Application
The mooring winch equipped on the deck of a ship generally adopts a traditional frame base,which needs to be bolted in the base panel and fixed with ordinary hexagonal head bolts,with obvious shortcomings.In order to satisfy the bolt fix-ing requirement,the base must have a certain height to match,the larger the winch,the larger the bolt,as well as the higher base height,so that the weight of the base will be more and more.In order to solve the problems of high manufacturing cost and difficult on-site installation and positioning,a new type of mooring winch was designed to install the mooring winch without base,only one foot plate is used to fix the mooring winch,which can effectively reduce shipbuilding cost and shorten shipbuilding cy-cle.
