摘要

针对船舶建造中对接焊缝使用引熄弧板产生的安装繁琐、焊后变形、翻身时折断、损伤母材、制作工作量大等问题,从再利用的视角,利用钢材定制时留有的余量部分,在下料切割时将工件母材与引熄弧板一起切割出来,简称"引熄弧板与母材一体化",从而将母材与引熄弧板这两者融合成一个整体,解决现场生产难题,提高了生产效率,保证了焊接质量,降低了综合成本.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as complicated installation,deformation after welding,breaking when turning over,damage to the base metal and heavy manufacturing workload in the process of using the quenching arc plate in the butt weld of ships,a technological innovation was made from the perspective of reuse.By using the allowance left in steel customization,the base metal of the work-piece and the quenching arc plate were cut together during blanking,which is referred to as"integra-tion of the quenching arc plate and the base metal".The base material and the arc extinguishing plate can be integrated into a whole,so as to improve the production efficiency,ensure the welding quality and reduce the comprehensive cost.
