9Ni钢焊接接头弯曲试验开裂分析

针对弯曲试验中9Ni钢焊接经常发生焊接接头试样开裂,焊接接头的质量不满足LNG液货罐产品的建造标准要求的问题,对9Ni钢焊接工艺进行改进,通过系列焊接试验,找出弯曲试样开裂的原因并制定相应的改进对策,将改进后的焊接工艺用于试板焊接,试板焊接接头的各项力学性能满足规范要求,且附加的侧向弯曲试样弯曲后也没有出现开裂缺陷.将新焊接工艺应用于9 500 m3 LNG运输船C型液货罐的焊接,所有焊接试板均选用10 mm厚的侧弯试样弯曲检测合格,9Ni钢的焊接质量获得了船级社认可,侧弯试样的使用使焊接试板的长度尺寸缩减了一半,既提高了检测效率又节省了试验材料.
Analysis of Bend Test Cracking Problems for the 9Ni Steel Welded Joint
Bend test cracking problems of welded joints are often encountered in welding of 9Ni steel,and the quality of welds does not meet the requirements of LNG tank products,so that the design and implementation of welding procedure need to be improved.By serial welding tests,the causes of cracking were found and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The optimized welding procedure was used for the testing pieces'welding,and the mechanical properties of the welded joints ful-filled the specification,the additional side bend specimens did not appear any open defects after bending.The new welding pro-cedure was applied to the welding of type-C cargo tank of 9 500 m3 LNG carrier.The results of all bending tests with 10 mm thick lateral bending specimens met the requirements.The welding quality of 9Ni steel had been recognized both by society and owner.The length of the testing pieces could be half reduced from the longitudinal ones,which effectively enhances the testing efficiency and saves testing materials.
